other than pets vs. no pets, is the other apartment bigger/better? talk to your friend about any issues he found and compare to yours.
The apartment is about the same size as mine. It has a bigger kitchen, but slightly less storage. However, I don’t use all the storage I have now… and a bigger kitchen would be SO NICE. o-o
